   Hi friends! It's a pretty late post but I wouldn't have time to work on it until I got out of school. One thing to know about me, I'm so lazy that it actually helps with getting work early.... sometimes. Anyway I'm going to make this a pretty short and simple (just like me) post.

Yes, it's that time of the year. Bring on the booty shorts, thigh high socks, and all things animal print. It's festival season guys and unlike the cool bloggers, I shall be resting my ass at home watching Heros or re-watching Cowboy Bebop and taking a self defense class. But there is always that "if I would've of gone, I would wear this" factor. Yup, just the usual dramatic prints with dramatic edge a.k.a "I'm going to a festival but don't talk to me" look. 

Oh yeah guys, I made a DEPOP! I'm trying to get rid of some clothes (like the American Apparel Shirt I'm wearing here) I don't wear so I can save up for a car because adulthood. Please check it out and shop my closet! ♡

WEATHER REPORT AND DEEP THOUGHTS

Guys, it's the last week that I'm here in Kansas City, KS and it's freaking snowing, just my luck right right? I thought I would atleast enjoy the 30degree weather but 1degrees is freaking nuts! Definitely something I won't miss here. But I am pretty sadden about leaving my family and my job! I love my job so much that I actually have thoughts of staying  but then I realize about my dream school and the possibly future of myself owning a clothing exchange store or being a buyer for Urban Outfitters, Nasty Gal, or any type of "girlboss" clothing line.

Thinking about the future this much scares the living crap out of me but hey, I'm turning 20 this year and I haven't done anything wrong, yet. I just have to remember my goals and don't be a lazy (ugly) potato hence my motto that I live by, "inspired by the uninspired."

Weather report and future goals. That's enough deep thoughts for today.

I love, luv, l<3ve, loooove this outfit! It's super summery and flirty, perfect for my mood that day (I took this picture 3 days ago, oops!) I thought the H&M baby doll dress would look perfect paired with Deandri's Beltspenders Harness to give it an edgy look but still look flirty with my Miche purse and Windsor hat.

Guys. GUYS. How amazing are these Steve  Madden SCHOOLZ Sandals?! I bought them last week and they haven't been off my feet since then, lol. They're super comfortable and fit my perfectly, which is super rare for size 5.5 shoes! Since I had they Beltspenders on, I thought it would only be right to match them up with these SCHOOLZ.

ALL YOU'RE WAITING FOR

I'm back from my little hiatus with new inspiration, motivation, and new found love for a shop called The Pizza Shuttle (bacon, sausage, and cream cheese pizza is my new found love!). Last week I saw my love Chaz from Toro y Moi. I was straight fan-girling over him! I mean, he's my #MCM for the rest of my life! Well there, Classixx was opening up for them and feel in love with their poppy, "funky" tunes. Hence the name of this blogpost!

I guess I'm going to be freezing my ass off today but that's okay because I look cute, right? We all have dilemmas like this but I choose to dress to impress lol. I mean I'm wearing this super soft Decree cardigan that I'm head over heels for! Hey, I got it for $8.00 so I'm a very happy gal. 

If you don't own over the knee socks or thigh highs, how are you living?! I'm a California girl so I obviously feel more comfortable in shorts than anything and Kansas won't stop me from rocking them in the cold. Buy a pair because they're essential for Fall and Winter!

POISON IVY x ALEXISSPLASH

Happy Halloween kiddies! I'm so excited to see everyones creative costumes today! I'm just kind of dreading to see the shit tons of Miley Cyrus hopping around and twerking over fences. Speaking of Miley Cyrus, have you seen her costume yet?! Talk about throw back thursday lol.

I've been planning this outfit FOREVER! You have no idea how excited I am right now to finally piece everything together lol. I green lace dress was totally made to be an Poison Ivy outfit. I think the harness totally gives an edgy look to the whole costume. I'm just so happy that I piece this look together lol. Plus, I don't think I've ever put on this much make-up before, but for a n00b, I am proud of my make-up!

THE PLAZ-UH!

 So Crystal and I had the best idea to start a new segment for my blog for local street styles! I love that idea and I actually want to try and put KCK/KCMO on the map for fashion and style. So Crystal thought the best place for that would be the Plaza. It's nothing but clothing stores, after clothing stores, after food joints! My personal favorite stores there are American Apparel, Urban Outfitters, and  Forever 21!

Anywho, so we drove done there to bet the night time because Crystal had to work until 6pm and with Daylight savings ending, that means the evening was coming upon us QUICK. By the time we got there, who would have thought that there was going to be a country music festival going on, thus having NOOOOOO parking spaces whatsoever! 45 minutes later and Crystal cussing out everyone that we see, we stole a parking spot lol. But by then, it was already night time so we couldn't really get any good pictures. -___-

It was Crystal's first time taking pictures of me and she did great! (Well besides some blurry pictures, but it's a start lol.) I am totally in love with my t-shirt that I bought from Wal-mart! Girls, if you have not checked out the men's section for graphic tees yet, you are messing up! The shirt was only $7.50! So Urban Outfitters, but you have competition now when it comes to cute t-shirts, lol.

So I did a mini shopping haul at work the other day (nauuuuughty), and bought this super cute Divided by H&M Color Block dress and Levi's Jean jacket! I love the fitting of the dress so much! It's not too tight on top area and the way it flows at the bottom is super cute. I bought the Levi's Jacket in a medium it seems to be a bit TOO big so I'm going to shrink it and hopefully it'll be the perfect fit. Wish me luck!

LATE SPRING CLEANING

Hey kiddies! Today is going to suck so badly! I'm cleaning out my closet and getting rid of clothes I don't wear. I think it's going to be the hardest thing to do, but I have to make room for my newbies. If I find pieces that are in condition, I may just give them out for free! We'll see though!

This look was a monochrome accident! I really wanted to wear my Forever 21 Heart Cardigan (even though it was 80 degrees that day -__-' ). I got quite the compliments at work, and a really creepy one from a weird old guy at a gas station. Sometimes I don't understand how Johnson County can handle my style. That's why I can't wait to go to Los Angeles where I belongz!
