OPEN UP, NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE

Guys. Guys. I'm outside, at a park. Taking photos. Woah. Bruh. This is certainly out of the norm but it just so happens that I was out running errands and it was golden hour in Palmdale. First I bought a raspado (vanilla and la lechera -- condensed milk, just in cased you need to know) and my boyfriend and I started walking across the park to find great locations to take pictures for my blog. It was ironically fun for me! I'm usually shy when I take photos out in public but I was able to ignore everyone and everything around me and just focus on the camera. I'm not going to lie, I was a bit uncomfortable due to awkward eye contacts and the fear of being hit by baseball or soccer ball.
How do you usually handle taking photos in public?

Joni Wide Brim Hat c/o Calico, Fringe Vest: H&M, Collar Shirt: J. Crew,
Cutoffs: Thrifted, Booties c/o Heavenly Couture (similar

I had the sudden urge to wear my J. Crew collar shirt and I thought it would look great with my H&M fringe vest! I'm sorry you guys have seen me wear the fringe vest, Joni Wide Brim Hat, and the Calico boots over and over again but I just can't get enough of them! I styled them in so many different ways so I hope you're not bored of them yet! I promise you I won't wear them in my next posts! Well, maybe.

  1. I have the same feeling everytime my photographer take pictures of me in public places. It's kind of awkward.
Talking about the look, I like it, shoes are perfect and you have nice legs to wear them.
    Perfect!

  7. The truth is, I'm never fully comfortable taking photos outside :D It's just something I've been used to. It's hard making sexy poses while a group of people is piercing a hole through you and watching your every move. But the good news is, if you do it as often as possible, you start giving less and less fucks :D
Love this outfit, the hat is so dreamy, adore your haaair!!!!

  11. I'm so into simple but stylish outfits and this is definitely one of those. I love the fringe vest. You look so gorgeous. I try to block out everyone's stares when I take pictures in public. It's awkward at first, but when I get into the swing of things, I don't even notice everyone else since I'm focus on looking great for the camera, lol. But I definitely understand how uncomfortable it feels, bruh.

  12. Absolutely love your style. I agree, taking photos in public can feel a little awkward, I always try for a relatively empty spot, and if people walk past I act like a tourist. Btw, you have absolutely beautiful hair

  13. I understand your struggle about taking pictures outside. I take pics sometimes in my neighborhood and I have this terrible irrational fear my neighbors will look out their window and think "wow this chick is dumbass narcissistic taking pictures of herself!" Usually I go to lonely street corners or neighborhoods or even take quick snaps! ahah seriously though love your fit I love how you did white on white and rocked fringe!
